A Saint-Honoré for Valentine’s Day

I’ve just seen this video by Arnaud Lahrer from Paris: he has prepared four different Saint-Honoré cakes for Valentine’s day, and he makes one of them in this video. It looks so simple when he is using a piping bag, my jaw dropped! I love as well the tiny details at the end that make a cake special…

(The video is in French, but you can just watch and be amazed without understanding what he says) 🙂
