Tip: what to do with leftover tart dough
When you make a tart, it is very likely that you’ll end up with some scraps, that is pieces of dough that can indeed be reused, but that are just not enough to make another tart.
How to use all the leftover tart dough then?
Like for most situations of life, “cookies” is the answer!
All you need to do is make a ball out of the scraps, roll the dough out again into a sheet, and cut the dough with cookie cutters or a floured knife.
That’s it, it’s veeery easy! Make sure you chill the rolled out dough before cutting, if your kitchen is warm, then just bake on an ungreased pan at 180° until the cookies are golden brown. The baking time depends on their size, so check them out often!
